Community Update

lost dog, miniature doberman, seen running up and down Siegal Blve., and into Southards Park from this morning into the afternoon. had a warn red tinted collar, with no ID. several people tried to catch him without any success. he was last seen running into southards pond. looks well fed but tired. not neutered.
