5 Things to do at the Library Today

When the cold season arrives, like it did this weekend, it's time to find fun stuff to do inside and the Babylon Public Library is bursting with programs this time of year.

So here are five things happening at the library today:

Take the little tots, ages two to three years old, to a half-hour storytime program, called Inchworms, at 10 a.m. Parents must accompany the children to the program, which is being held in the small meeting room.

At 11 a.m., it's reading time for older pre-schoolers as three year olds can attend the half hour Wiggleworm program without a parent in tow.

For adults looking to keep their bodies and mind in shape this winter, the six week Tai Chi course continues at the library starting at 10 a.m. in the community room.

After lunch, adults are invited to stop by the community room for game time, and encouraged to bring their own cards or board games for the four-hour program.

Library patrons looking to get into the holiday spirit should check out the new movies available. Here's a short list of what's now on the shelves:
