5 Things to Know: January 18th

The weekend begins with a chilly blast of arctic air.

1. Patch Forecast – Babylon Village will feel the Winter hit hard again on your Friday morning. Any snow lingering should end by mid-morning, leaving behind a coating to an inch at most. Highs will hover above freezing near 34° before dropping to the mid-20's at night.

2. Just a reminder for Monday – Babylon and West Schools will be closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

3. Babylon Public Library will host My First Storytime for children 6 to 23 months with their parent for free at 10 a.m.

4. The Bean will host its weekly Real Music Fridays. Listen to the acoustic sounds of JP Noonan and have the beautiful physchic Marie tell your futures by reading tarot cards. Doors open at 7:30pm.
