5 Things to Know: July 30th

1. We'll get a break from the Seattle-like weather we've been having with no rain forecasted throughout the day and evening. Babylon Village will see a high around 80 degrees today, but just remember it's going to humid and muggy, making it feel a bit warmer. Keep the umbrellas handy for the rest of the week though – more on that tomorrow!

2. Have some fun with your toddlers at . Learn the importance of post-natal yoga and the gift of practicing yoga with your tots. This class is geared for children ages 1-3 (Beginning when babies become mobile) at the Sexuality Education and Counseling Services and starts at 4:00 p.m.

3. Relax at the Babylon Public Library and watch the hilarious movie . This comic adventure stars Steve Martin, Jack Black and Owen Wilson as amateur bird watchers (Rated PG). The film starts at 6:30 p.m.

4. The Town Of Babylon will be conducting West Nile Virus spraying from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. in parts of West Babylon. Check out for more information or our reminder at 9:00 a.m. for more details.

5. TC Diamond Arts Family Fitness will be hosting  for adults and children at 8:00 p.m. The center asks those interested call their office to let them know they are attending, 631-969-1733. The event costs $10.
