The annual Country Fair, held around scenic Argyle Lake, is a village tradition that heralds the beginning of the fall season.
The Babylon Beautification Society, which plans the annual event, has set a date for Sunday, September 8 this year.
Each year a variety vendors hawk homemade wares including fine art and craft offerings. The rain date will be Sunday, September 15.
The event features children's entertainment with small rides and activities, and food and music will be offered at the village gazebo.
The Beautification Society is "committed to keeping the beauty and spirit of our village alive through many projects visible to all who live in, and visit our community," according to a website announcement.
The fair is run by an all-volunteer staff.
