Babylon Lions Hosting Pool Party in July
Pool party aims to help raise money for local food pantries.
The Babylon Lions Club will be hosting a Pool Party at the Babylon Village Pool this July to help raise money for local food pantries.
The pool party, which is set for July 26th at the pool, will feature barbecued food, face painting for the kids, raffles, games and a 50-50 drawing.
The pool itself, devastated by Hurricane Sandy last October, is nearing completions on its renovations and rebuilding following a winter and spring-long effort to bring it back.
The club is looking for sponsors to help with the event by contributing extra items to the event, ranging from $100 to $1000.
Tickets for the event will cost $25 per adult, $5 per child 5 and under.
