Babylon Rotary Introduces Online Donations for Sandy Relief

Local rotary club had already introduced program to receive checks and money donations.

The Babylon Rotary Club is giving people worldwide another way to help get the locals displaced by Hurricane Sandy back on their feet – Internet donations.

Using the reliable PayPal platform, the Rotary Club's Sandy Relief organization will now be able to accept donations from across the globe by using a PayPal account or credit card.

To donate to the organization, which will reportedly give 100 percent of the money collected to the village's families impacted by the superstorm, head over to the Babylon Rotary Club's website and click the "Donate" button. The button will bring you to the PayPal website where you will be able to donate there.

A PayPal account is not required to donate and the website is assuredly one of the safest ways to transfer money or buy items on the Internet.

If you're a fan of snail mail or would rather donate in person, the Rotary Club will also continue to accept cash and checks to their organization. "Babylon Rotary Foundation, Inc." will be handling the incoming checks, which should be filled out to the following:
