How Locals Celebrate St. Pat's Day

What do village residents like to do on St. Patty's Day? Patch hit the streets to find out.

You don't have to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.  If you are into corned beef and cabbage, good beer and little red headed men dressed in green, this is a holiday for you.

The response  on the street when residents were asked, "How do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?" brought some surprising answers including one man who said he hops from house to house for the cornbeef and cabbage until he just can't fit one more bite. He declined to have his photo taken or provide his name.

Many said they wish Babylon Village would offer more ways to celebrate St. Patty's Day as they tend to travel elsewhere to enjoy the festivities when they would like the option of staying closer to home.
