Shelter Pet of the Week: Brownie Needs a Home
Looking for a new family pet? This Pit mix is looking for a loving home.
This week's local pet for adoption is Brownie, a Pit mix who has called the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter home since this past February.
Brownie, who is just one of many pets at the shelter needing a home, has a slight limp from a chronic injury to her left leg but that doesn't inhibit her mobility. She loves to play ball and will sit on command.
If you'd like to meet Brownie visit the shelter between 10 am and 3:15 pm Monday through Fridays, or between 10 am and 2:30 pm on Saturdays. For more information call 643-9270 or visit the shelter's site for more information.
