The Police Report: Grand Larceny, DWI

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

Arrests

January 4, 2011

Lawrence David, of North Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Evan Holmes, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with resisting arrest.

January 3, 2011

Kevin King, of Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with criminal contempt.

January 1, 2011

William Gasparek, of Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with DWI.

December 31, 2010

Donald Lutton, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.

Steven E II Jones, of Coram, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Desmond Sutton, of Freeport, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

William Sutton, of Freeport, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Steven Golodaro, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with grand larceny.

An incident of aggravated harrassment was reported on Alton Road.

An incident of grand larceny and property damage was reported on Jackson Avenue.

An incident of burglary was reported on Mortimer Avenue.
