Thursday is "Must See" Day on Patch

Starting today Thursday is "must see" day as Babylon Village Patch launches a new weekly series of articles dedicated to helping residents  find the best that  local restaurants, businesses and real estate agents have to offer.

In addition to providing local news you need to know, we'll feature a weekend planner, a guide to houses and a spotlight on the best, newest and tastiest in the village — whatever that might be.

"Get Out" will run at 10 a.m. It's our newer, punchier version of a weekend field guide for those whose weekends can't come quick enough.

Looking for a new home? At 12 p.m., spend your lunch hour with "House Hunt," a gallery of open houses being held over the weekend.

"View Finder" is our new version of our former "Poto Gallery" column featuring shots of anything beautiful, quirky and fun in the village. It will also introduce you to people who work and live around the village. It's scheduled to run at 1 p.m. every Thursday

"Patch Picks"  is a spotlight on local digs tha will alsot tie in to current holidays or major events and will run at 3 p.m.

"Bites Nearby," publishing on site at 5 p.m., offers up a suggestion for a place to chill with a nice meal and a drink — much-deserved after a long work week.
