W. Babylon Fluke Tournament This Weekend
Fire Department's first annual tournament aims to reel in the big one.
The West Babylon Fire Department will be hosting their first annual Fluke Tournament at the Bergen Point Marina this Saturday.
The tournament will kick off at 7 a.m. at the recently re-built docks and continue all day until 5 p.m.
Wranglers will cast their lines in an effort to land both "the big one" and the first place prize of $500.00 cash.
Additional second and third place prizes will also be awarded to fishermen for their catches and a 50-50 raffle will take place during the event.
The entrance fee for the fluke tournament is $25.00.
