What's Happening Today: Flu Shots, Fundraiser Gala, Town Board Meeting

A list of local scheduled events taking place on Wednesday, November 16.

Avoid the flu this winter season by stopping down at the Babylon Public Library's community room where the Suffolk County Department of Health will administering shots from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on a first-come, first-served basis. Those without Medicare or Medicaid cards will be charged $37 payable by check or money order to the SCDHS. For further information please call the Flu hotline at 631-787-2200. 

Don't miss the library's monthly movie event today taking place at 3 p.m.

The Babylon Town Board will meet today at 3:30 p.m. at town hall located at 200 East Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst.

Tonight is the charitable dinner gala for the National Kidney Registry event that starts at 6 p.m. at La Grange Inn.

The Babylon Library Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. in the community room and attendees are asked to call 669-1624 to verify that the meeting time and date have not changed.
