5 Things You Need to Know: June 17

1. The weather for the new week kicks off with a beautiful Monday. Forecasts are calling for a cloudy morning giving way to a sunnier afternoon. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s, giving you a perfect way to start off your week.

2. The Community Room in the Babylon Public Library has been set aside for library patrons to starting at 1:00pm. Participants need to bring thir own games.

3. Try out for the team at West Babylon Public Library! It's a trivia contest against other Suffolk County libraries about 8 Young Adult books. If you are entering grades 6-9 in the West Babylon School District, you are invited to try out for the team. Weekly meetings include team t-shirts, prizes and a pizza party. If you are up for the challenge, you must attend the orientation. Orientation begins tomorrow at 4:00pm.

4. Feeling the urge to get out the cowboy boots and swing to country hits? Head over to TC Diamond Arts for for all ages. Classes cost $10.00 and are for aspiring dancers of all ages, starting at 8:00pm.
