W. Babylon Man Charged In April 15 Shooting
Police say Rodney Davidson shot another man last month in Wyandanch.
A West Babylon was arrested on Friday and charged with shooting a man in Wyandanch on April 15, Suffolk County Police said.
Rodney Davidson, 48, of Cumberbach St., was charged with second degree assault and was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Saturday.
According to police, the shooting victim, Keith Garrison, was standing on North 15th Street just north of Merritt Avenue when he and another man got into an altercation. The man pulled out a gun and fired shots at Garrison, who was struck in the neck and back.
Following the shooting, Garrison was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. An update on his condition was not immediately available.
