Biz Spotlight: West Babylon Gift Store is a Family Affair

Briscoe Giftbox owner Stacey Eisenberg keeps business close to home.

After 15 years of doing business in Smithtown, Briscoe Giftbox owner Stacey Eisenberg chose to relocate closer to home in the 1990s. Since then, the Deer Park gift shop has branched out with a second location in West Babylon.

We recently spoke with Eisenberg to learn a little more about what her shops have to offer.

Eisenberg: We started in 1980 in this business, our first shop was in Smithtown which we were there for 15 years. After relocating we ventured to our hometown of Deer Park which we love! We've been serving the Babylon area for nearly 20 years and in business just celebrating 33 years!

Eisenberg: Many generations of our family are from this town. And most of them still live here... The reason we chose Deer Park first was really no reason at all –  It's just the way it worked out! Both of our locations are equally beautiful and well loved by all!

Patch: What do you offer customers?

Eisenberg: We offer fine gifts, women's accessories, children's toys, greeting cards and so much more!

Patch: What do you want your business to be best known for?

Eisenberg: Our motto of being in this business is "our gifts last forever." We also aim for great customer service. We strive to make each and every one have a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience. Our customers become our friends and always leave with a smile.
