Bohlsen's Monsoon Nearing Completion
The biggest eatery yet to call Babylon Village home is in the final stretches of construction and design.
There's a continued wave of activity at the soon-to-be Monsoon restaurant being built within the former Bank of NY building on Deer Park Avenue. Rumours have the 275-seat eatery opening by January, or even earlier, but the Bohlsen Restaurant Group states it's opening the doors in early 2012. A large white banner will soon adorn the iron fencing cordoning off access.
