Justice Redesigning West Babylon Storefront

Girls clothing store will be redesigned into include boys clothing as well.

Justice, a girls' clothing store in West Babylon, will be redesigning and remodeling its Great South Bay Shopping Center storefront to include a boys' clothing section.

The original storefront, located at 1029 West Montauk Highway next to Panera Bread, has been emptied and gutted in preparation for the expected redesign. New signs have adorned windows at the clothing store for the "Brothers" brand, aimed at young boys.

The new Brothers branding has been promoted by the Tween Brands ownership for Justice as the company looks to expand to including clothing for both genders. Currently, the shopping center includes Old Navy, Marshall's and Carter's as retail spots for boys clothing.

According to the website for Justice, the West Babylon location would be among the first in New York to reopen under the Justice/Brothers label.

Justice moved into the Great South Bay Shopping Center only a few years ago, replacing an empty stretch of stores that included a former KB Toys.

For the time being, Justice has relocated its girls clothing store across the shopping center to 787 West Montauk Highway, between Dollar Tree and Yo Luv It.

There was no word on when the redesign of the storefront would be completed or when the store would be reopened.
