New Incoming Businesses Remodeling Interiors

It may not be long before Babylon Village shoppers have at least two new places to stop in – One West Main and Sweet Frog Yogurt's interior renovations are moving ahead quickly.

One West Main, the new American restaurant moving on the northwest corner of Deer Park Avenue and West Main Street, has quickly moved ahead with interior renovations. The former Tidewaters Grill's windows were draped in plastic dropcloths as the inside received a new coating of paint.

Owner Luciano DiRico told Patch after a public hearing in April he expected to move forward quickly in the restaurant's location and aimed to have it open during the early summer.

Interior remodeling has also continued at Sweet Frog Yogurt, which is moving into the former Coach Realtors location at 80 West Main Street. New counters and walls have been installed, as well as self serve yogurt machines towards the back. 

Signage has been announcing the business' arrival for several months now, but the interior had seen little to no changes during that time.

Sweet Frog announced their Babylon location is expected to be open in less than two weeks on Fri., May 10.
