Sneak Peek: Spring Fling and Sidewalk Sale
Local retailers will offer special savings as local artists display works and perform in two-day event this weekend.
Time to get your wallets out – The Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce will host its annual "Spring Fling" and Sidewalk Sale this weekend, June 2nd and 3rd, throughout the village.
The Spring Fling will feature many local artists' pieces displayed prominently throughout the village and musicians will give performances throughout the weekend. In addition to the great savings expected from local hotspots like Lo-Man's, Pandemonium and Lavendar and Lace, the Chamber of Commerce has announced a diverse selection of edibles for shoppers.
The event will kick off with preview sales on Friday, June 1st at select stores throughout the village before the main event takes place starting on June 2nd starting at 10:00am until 5:00pm. The event will resume on Sunday at noon and run until 5:00pm.

The weather forecast for this weekend is calling for sunny skies on Friday and Sunday, but the possibility of thunderstorms will linger throughout Saturday while temperatures stay around 70 all on three days. In event of a rainout, the event will take place on the following weekend, June 8th and 9th.
