Sweet Frog Yogurt Headed to Babylon

Babylon Village has another dessert option headed into the area in the coming months – Sweet Frog Yogurt will move into a space on West Main Street.

The storefront, positioned at the corner of a strip of businesses known as the Babylon Commons, will be located at 80A West Main Street. The space was last occupied by Coach Realtors before the real estate agency moved.

A sign was on display at the new location as of last week, alerting residents to the business' imminent arrival. The storefront, of course, is still in need of a redesign before Sweet Frog can move in.

Sweet Frog Yogurt, a franchise, describes itself on the company's website as a growing brand of premium, all natural, self-serve yogurt restaurants as well as being family-friendly.

There are currently two other locations on Long Island for the new yogurt business in Sayville and Hauppauge.

Sweet Frog Yogurt will join a growing number of dessert-type businesses in Babylon, including those from the last year or two such as Natural Blendz and The Lite Choice.

Sweet Frog Yogurt's headquarters had no word on when the village could expect the new location to open.
