Much of Long Island was greeted by early morning rainbows in the wake of Thursday's storm.

Patch readers Jen and Pat Tomeo snapped these photos of a beautiful rainbow over West Babylon Junior High School on Thursday morning as the powerful thunderstorms and cold front pull out over Long Island.
