WATCH: Fog and Mist Shroud Babylon Village
Fog, sometimes "as thick as pea soup," veiled the area after this morning's storm.
Babylon Village was shrouded in a thick cover of fog and mist throughout the early part of the afternoon after a morning storm passed through on Wednesday.
Fog lifted by 3 p.m. to reveal a bit of sunlight over a mostly cloudy sky. Showers could be expected throughout the day and evening. The end of the week will bring sunny skies back to Babylon, as high pressure takes hold over the northeast.
