Babylon Village Heritage Preservation Meeting

All Welcome!  The Babylon Village Heritage Preservation is holding their monthly meeting on February 24th, from 3:00 to 4:30pm, at the Babylon Public Library, 24 South Carll Avenue, Babylon, NY  11702


We would like to encourage people to come and ask questions on what happens when you want to apply to have your home declared a Historic Site.  Many homes in Babylon may be eligible for such status, and we wish to identify such locations and help their owners if they are interested in a historic site status.  When a home receives Historic Site status, it automatically increases in value and even makes the homes nearby more valuable!


The organization also wants to clarify what else does or does not happen when a home is declared a historic site.  Feel free to attend this meeting and ask any questions you have.
