MONSOON ASIAN KITCHEN AND LOUNGE (48 Deer Park Avenue, Deer
Park, NY 11702 631.587.4400 or www.monsoonny.com)
is the dynamic Asian-themed restaurant awarded an “exceptional” “four stars” and
ranked Long Island’s #1 restaurant in 2012 by Newsday.  Kudos extend to Open Table Diner’s Choice
Awards as a “Top 100 in USA Hotspot” and favorite for its Asian Cuisine and
Vibrant Bar Scene.   The relaxed and hip
setting of this 21st century restaurant makes use of all technology has to
offer for “entertaining dining” with its “attention getting good looks” noted
by The New York Times.  Bridging the gap
between authentic Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai food with what Long Islanders
love most about modern Asian cuisine, Zagat notes its “outstanding” menu of
“inventive” “tapas style” plates which feature exciting and explosively
flavored food.  The oldest, most tried
and true Asian dishes are presented the Bohlsen way and “perfected at this
upscale restaurant with reasonable prices” says Long Island About.com. It is
the first pan-Asian concept in a portfolio
of leading Long Island restaurants from Bohlsen Restaurant Group (www.brgroup.biz). Sister establishments
are Gold Coast harborfront Prime: An American
Kitchen & Bar and Harbor Club at Prime in Huntington; top Zagat-rated Tellers: An American Chophouse and the chic
and casual VERACE: True Italian in Islip; neighborhood favorite Long Island’s
Beachtree in East Islip; and the vibrant H2O: Seafood Grill in Smithtown.
