St. Francis Hospital Community Outreach @ West Babylon Public Library

The St. Francis Hospital Community Outreach Mobile Bus will be in the Library parking lot to provide free health screenings for individuals above the age of 18. The screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes. All tests are non-fasting. Patient education and referrals will be provided as needed. No registration necessary. Patrons will be helped on a first come, first served basis.
