7 Thursdays: September 19 & 26, October 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31.

Sponsored by the Suffolk County Health Department & Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, this 7-week workshop is led by a health professional and local guests who will be providing information on exercise, vision, safety and medications. Topics include balance, strength training, safe footwear and how to check your home for safety. Become more aware of hazards and learn how your fall risk can be reduced. Registration is underway. Please note that the registration form must be filled out and submitted to the Circulation Desk at time of registration.
