American Legion Post 94 Hosting Military Ball This Weekend
Honorary event will help Post 94 pay for a new roof.
The American Legion Post 94 in Babylon Village will be holding a Military Ball to honor our area's men and women serving around the country and across the globe.
The ball will take place at the Post 94 on Grove Street in Babylon Village and start at 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 7.
All proceeds from the event will go towards helping pay for a new roof for the Legion building, which served the local area as a headquarters for food, shelter and clothing following Hurricane Sandy last October.
Event planners tell Patch the ball, thrown by the Ladies of the Auxiliary, will include a buffet style dinner, open bar, dessert and coffee, a live DJ, 50-50 raffles and much more.
Tickets will cost $30 per person.
