West Babylon High School graduate was 72 years old.
Margaret Monington, a former West Babylon resident, passed away on October 6.
Monington was 72 years old.
Monington was born on August 22, 1941 in Queens before her family moved to West Babylon. She graduated West Babylon High School in 1959.
She moved to San Diego, California some time after that before finally moving to Ocala, Florida in 1999.
Monington worked for the Hallmark Cards company for many years and was an avid traveler.
She is survived by her daughters, Peggy and Donna, her nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
