I'm so very proud of my Angelina and her Babylon Troop #283 for receiving their Bronze Award tonight!! (Highest Honor for their level!) Thank you so much to our girls wonderful Troop leaders, Ruth Kolb-Levins and Anne Gillard Morrow!! It was also a special night to be acknowledge by all the Public Officials, including Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer, Babylon Mayor Ralph Scordino, Suffolk County Executive Steven Bellone, Suffolk County Legislature Wayne Horsley, Concilman Thomas Donnelly, Councilman Antonio Martinez and Assemblyman Joseph Saladino!
The project that Troop #283 won their Bronze Award for was titled "Loving Seniors" which consisted of: Preparation and baking of food and desserts to be served to the Seniors, Assisting the Seniors in making different holiday decorations, playing Bingo with them, reading books and performing musical concerts for the Seniors!
