Babylon Crime Report: April 28 to May 4

Burglaries and DWI arrests lead the way in First Precinct arrests in the area.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted.

Arrests

April 28

Nicholas D'Angelo from Lindenhurst arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated – first offense.

April 29

Glennroy Walters from Roosevelt was arrested in West Babylon for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree: Credit Card.

Matthew Burns from North Merrick was arrested in West Babylon for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

May 1

Tianna Robbins from Roosevelt was arrested in West Babylon for Forgery in the Second Degree: Deed/Contract/Will.

Davhon Preston from Bay Shore was arrested in West Babylon for Assault in the Third Degree.

May 2

Donta Riddick from Farmingdale was arrested in West Babylon for Driving While Intoxicated: two previous convictions in last ten years.

Patrick Proefriedt from West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon for Burglary in the Second Degree.

May 3

Phillip Fearron from Wheatley Heights was arrested in West Babylon for Burglary in the Second Degree.

Moustapha Akbari from West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon for Assault in the Third Degree.
