This accident occurred in a 20 mph school zone, when are people going to observe the speed limit?

I love being told motorcycles are unsafe when you have drivers making left turns into oncoming traffic.

When the oncoming traffic is very likely exceeding the posted speed limit by 25 to 30 mph, the unsafe condition is driver/rider induced.
