The Suffolk County Police Department have arrested a registered sex offender for endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly kissed two underage girls at a party in West Babylon last month.
The two victims, ages 10 and 11, reported to police that Victor Dennis, 54, inappropriately kissed them multiple times while attending a party in July in West Babylon.
A subsequent investigation by the First Precinct Crime Section and Special Victims Section, it was revealed Dennis had moved from his registered address and failed to report the change. Dennis is required to register as a sex offender after being convicted of sexually abuse a six year old girl in 1995.
Dennis was charged with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Dennis, whose current address was not released by police, is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on August 16th.
