Police Bust Train Station Prostitution Operation

A West Babylon man has been arrested and charged with running a prostitution operation based out of the Babylon Train Station area.

Suffolk County Police are looking for a 13-year-old female runaway who was allegedly part of a prostitution enterprise working out of the Babylon Train Station area for several months.

Police have arrested and charged a West Babylon man for promoting prostitution and are not revealing his identity as the investigation continues. A second female, a 16-year-old Suffolk County teenager, has been located. Names of the two females are being with held as they are victims of a sex crime, according to SCPD.

The arrests, and ultimate shutdown of the prostitution operation, took place several weeks ago.
