The Police Blotter: Assault, Harassment & Criminal Contempt

Here's a rundown of the arrests reported between January 1, 2012 and January 6, 2012. 

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate conviction.

ARRESTS

January 6, 2012

Aaron Pinto, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with harassment in the second degree, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a firearm weapon.

Dominic Austin, of Huntington, was arrested in Babylon and charged with DWI.

Christopher Crivello was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

January 5, 2012

Francisco Diaz, of Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with assault with the intention to cause physical injury with a weapon.

Nicholas Monz, of West Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and criminal possession of marijuana.

January 4, 2012

Joseph III Horny, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt and physical menacing.

David Tweedy, of Commack, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt.

January 1, 2012

Rachel Tufano, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
