Aaron Pinto, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with harassment in the second degree, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a firearm weapon.
Dominic Austin, of Huntington, was arrested in Babylon and charged with DWI.

January 5, 2012
Francisco Diaz, of Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with assault with the intention to cause physical injury with a weapon.
Nicholas Monz, of West Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and criminal possession of marijuana.
January 4, 2012
Joseph III Horny, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt and physical menacing.
David Tweedy, of Commack, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt.
January 1, 2012
Rachel Tufano, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree.
