Multiple arrests in Babylon Village and West Babylon for robberies and driving while impaired.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted.

Arrests

October 10th, 2012

Candice Anderson from Wyandanch was arrested in West Babylon for Robbery in the Second Degree.

October 11th, 2012

Noemi Colon from North Babylon was arrested in Babylon Village for Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.

Ancel Villieres from Copiague was arrested in West Babylon for Robbery in the First and Second Degrees.

October 12th, 2012

Derek Cohen from Lindenhurst was arrested in Babylon Village for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impared by Drugs in the First Degree.

October 15th, 2012

Anibal Figueroa from West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon for Robbery in the Third Degree.

October 16th, 2012

Gary Ryan from Babylon Village was arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense.

Incidents

October 10th, 2012

A robbery was reported at a home at 11th Street in West Babylon – homeowner came home to find lights on throughout home and the rear door opened at about 4:30 p.m.

A robbery was reported at a business on Sunrise Highway in West Babylon – storeowner was punched by three people at around 1:21 p.m.

October 13th, 2012

An assault was reported on Deer Park Avenue in Babylon Village at about 2:30 a.m. Witnesses reported a subject sustaining a head injury.

October 16th, 2012

A burglary was reported in West Babylon on Herzel Avenue at about 7 a.m. Suspects allegedly climbed in through kitchen window.
