The Police Blotter: September 13th through September 18th

Arrests by the First Precinct were down sharply throughout the Babylon and West Babylon area.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted.

September 13th, 2012

Steven Galluzzo from Dix Hills was arrested in Babylon Village for Assault in the Third Degree, intent to cause physical injury.

Crystal Cody from Deer Park was arrested in West Babylon for Petit Larceny.

Alex Langs from Wyandanch was arrested in West Babylon for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree.

September 14th, 2012

Jan Czyzewski from Lindenhurst was arrested in West Babylon for Operator Leaves the Scene of Property.

Ray Tepolt from North Amityville was arrested in West Babylon for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.

Erica Vanemmerik from Hempstead was arrested in West Babylon for Assault in the Third Degree, intent to cause physical injury.

September 15th, 2012

Emmanuel Pasciuta from West Babylon was arrested in West Babylon for Criminal Possesion of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

Ricardo Molinaperdomo from Amityville was arrested in West Babylon for Criminal Mischief: Intent to Damage Property.

James Hendrex from unknown was arrested in West Babylon for Criminal Possesion of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree.

September 16th, 2012

Viveka Sareen from Melville was arrested in Babylon Village for Driving While Intoxicated, first offense.

Peter McQuillian from Massapequa was arrested in Babylon Village for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the Third Degree.

Jason Tusa from Copiague was arrested in West Babylon for Burglary and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.

September 17th, 2012

Juan Taveras from Copiague was arrested in West Babylon for Robbery in the First Degree, displaying a firearm.

Emmanuel Rodriguez from Amityville was arrested in West Babylon for Robbery in the First Degree, displaying a firearm.
