ARRESTS

Daniel Thielemann, of Babylon, was arrested in North Patchogue and charged with DWI.

Melvin Preston, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Babylon and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Nicholas Urbinati, of Babylon, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Orlando Rivera, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Babylon and charged with robbery in the third degree.

James Comuniello, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with disorderly conduct and obscene language and gestures.

Richard Rodriguez, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Babylon and charged with petit larceny.

Kelly Post, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon and charged with DWI.

April 19, 2011

Cory Allen, of Babylon, was arrested in Lindenhurst and charged with burglary in the second degree.

INCIDENTS

A North Carll Avenue resident reported criminal mischief.

A Tappan Avenue resident reported a harassment incident.

April 26, 2011

Criminal mischief was reported on Wilson Street.

April 23, 2011

Criminal mischief was reported on Argyle Avenue.

A Bradish Lane resident reported damage to a vehicle.

Police were called to Ralph Avenue residence for a criminal mischief incident.

April 19, 2011

The theft of a car was reported at the Babylon Rail Road Station.
