The Police Report: DWI, Criminal Mischief Incidents

This week's Police Report details incidents and arrests that occurred between March 6 and March 13, 2011.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

ARRESTS

March 13
Jolyn Lombardo, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with a DWI.

Amanda Debrunner, of West Islip, was arrested in Babylon and charged with operating  a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol  level of .08 of 1%.

Mark Mills, of Bayshore, was arrested in Babylon and charged with resisting arrest and menacing in the third degree.

March 6
Chris Barber, of Bayshore, was arrested in Babylon and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Hector Rivera, of Brentwood, was arrested in Babylon and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

INCIDENTS

March 13
A Southard Lne resident reported damage to a fence.

A Livingston Avenue resident reported a rear car window was damaged.

Fence damage was reported by a Pilcher Street resident.

March 12
Criminal mischief was reported on Deer Park Avenue.
