The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.
ARRESTS
December 14, 2010
James Cashman, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Babylon and charged with disorderly conduct.

Anthony Tucker, of Lindernhurst, was arrested in Babylon and charged with crimninal contempt.
December 12, 2010
Joseph Andersen, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, leaving the scene of an incident, criminal mischeif, unlawful fleeing from a police officer and reckless property damage.

Ron Kunchman, of Babylon, was arrested in West Islip and charged with unlicencsed operation of a vehicle.
