The Police Report: Marijuana Arrests, Criminal Mischief Incidents

This week's Police Report details incidents and arrests that occurred between October 27 and November 10, 2010.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

ARRESTS

November 7, 2010

Anthony Tucker, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.

November 6, 2010

Guadalupe Garcia, of Babylon, was arrested in Huntington Station, and charged with DWI, first offense.

November 3, 2010

Edward Duchnowski, of Babylon, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

November 2, 2010

Anthony Sandoval, from North Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with  unlawful possession of marijuana.

Teshon Garrett, of Deer Park, was arrested in Babylon and charged with  aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the third degree.

 

INCIDENTS

November 7, 2010

A Park Avenue resident reported an aggravated harassment incident.

November 6, 2010

A Waters Edge Court resident reported that ex-tenants trashed property in a criminal mischief incident.

November 5, 2010

A Montrose Avenue resident reported criminal mischief to two vehicles.

November 4, 2010

A Deer Park Avenue resident reported a criminal mischief incident.

November 3, 2010

A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle was stolen from a car in a back parking lot.
