This week's Police Report details incidents and arrests that occurred between January 20, 2011 and January 23, 2011.
The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

January 22, 2011

Michael Digangi, of North Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
Robert Eschmann, of North Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Nasir Saleem, of Copiague, was arrested in Babylon and charged with harassment.
January 21, 2011
Damian Wojslaw, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
Joan Penney, of West Babylon was arrested in Babylon and charged with obstruction of government administration, harassment.
Antoine Evans, of Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon for criminal possession of marijuana.
INCIDENTS

An Oak Street resident reported criminal mischief.
A Litchfield Avenue resident reported criminal mischief done to a resident.
A John Street resident reported being harassed by an ex-employee.

A Deer Park Avenue resident reported a harassment incident.
January 20, 2011
A John Street business reported an ex-employee causing a disturbance in an office.
