The Police Report: Robbery, Harassment Incidents

This week's Police Report details incidents and arrests that occurred between November 10, 2010 and November 14, 2010.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding arrests and incidents. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges as noted. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

ARRESTS

November 14, 2010

Raymond Pond, of Deer Park, was arrested in Babylon and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic.

November 13, 2010

John Albi, of East Setauket, was arrested in Babylon and charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to leave an incident scene.

Nicholas Scuro, of Massapequa, was arrested in Babylon and charged with DWI, first offense.

George Walsh, of Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and obscene language and gestures.

November 12, 2010

Alexander Culotta, of Babylon, was arrested in Hauppauge and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.

Jeffrey Schmohl, of Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with petit larceny.

Ashley Bathija, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

INCIDENTS

November 14, 2010

A Shore Road resident reported the illegal use of a credit card.

November 13, 2010

Criminal mischief to a building window on Deer Park Avenue.

A Ketewamoke Avenue resident reported a domestic violence incident.

November 12, 2010

A Mansfield Road resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.

A Livingston Avenue resident reported a criminal mischief incident.

A Smith Street resident reported being harassed.
