BOE Reorganizational Meeting Yields New Board President and VP
At the July 8 reorganizational meeting, a new board president and vice president of the West Babylon Board of Education was elected.
At the West Babylon Board of Education reorganizational meeting held on July 8, trustee Lucy Campasano was elected as board president and Peter Scarlatos was elected vice president.
Re-elected trustee Cathy Gismervik and newly elected trustee Ray Downey were also sworn into office for a three-year term each. They were all sworn in by school district attorney William C. Morrell of Van Nostrand & Martin.
