Babylon Village's Zoning Board of Appeals will meet tonight at Village Hall.

The Babylon Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at Babylon Village Hall at 7:30 p.m.

Tonight's agenda contains five items that will be discussed and decided upon:

  1. The application of JRS Architect, P.C. of Mineola to renew permission to maintain a retail bank operation at 8 Little East Neck Road, the Capital One Bank, located in a Residence O District.
  2. The application of Seidner, Rosenfeld & Guttentag, LLP of Babylon to renew permission to maintain a professional law office at 403 Deer Park Avenue, located in a Residence O district.
  3. The application of Golden Five Realty Corp of Babylon to renew permission to continuing using six dwelling units on the first floor above ground level of a professional building at 43-59 John Street, located in a retail business district.
  4. The application of Raoul Castanenda of Babylon to renew permission to maintain a shed in the front yard setback at 115 Araca Road, located in a Residence A-7 Zone.
  5. The application of William Hill of Babylon to receive permission to legalize an existing accessory apartment at 282 Litchfield Avenue, located in a Residence A-7 Zone.
