Wellness Center, New House Proposal on ZBA Agenda

Applications includes dwelling proposal by Mathies Land Development.

The Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals will consider seven requests at a public hearing on March 21 at 7:30 p.m. at village hall.

The list of applications includes a new health and wellness center on Deer Park Avenue as well as a new dwelling proposal by Blair Mathies, agent of owner Mathies Land Development LLC, at the corner of Park Avenue and North Carll Avenue.
