The Town of Babylon board will meet this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at Town Hall on East Sunrise Highway.

  • Scheduling a public hearing in reference to amending chapter 89, article VI of the Babylon town code (building construction).
  • Authorizing 2011 budget transfer.
  • Authorizing 2011 budget modifications.
  • Authorizing release of bond.
  • Authorizing commercial waste district refund.
  • Authorizing refund of overpayment.
