Babylon Elementary School’s second-graders proudly donned bright t-shirts blaring their promotion year at the school’s moving-up ceremony in mid-June.
Students proudly walked to the front of the gymnasium to be personally congratulated by Principal Jessica Kemler, and celebrated the milestone by joining together in singing several songs. Afterwards, the students let loose and participated in a variety of field day events where they were less formally able to celebrate their promotion to Babylon Memorial Grade School together.
