Babylon Interim Superintendent, BOE Salute HS Sports Teams
Babylon's Board of Education celebrated their two Long Island Championship teams and more Monday evening.
Interim Superintendent Dr. Peter Daly and the Board of Education celebrated Babylon High School's great spring athletic season by publicly ackowledging their great runs.
The varsity baseball, varsity softball and varsity boys' lacrosse team were all given recognizition for their great seasons.
The varsity baseball and softball teams both won their respect Suffolk County Class B championships and went onto win the Long Island Championship. It was the first time in school history the two teams won their championships in the same season.

The board also recognized and honored the Babylon High School boys varsity lacrosse team for earning the NYSPHSAA award for top scholar-athlete team in New York State.
