The Suffolk County Department of Health Services Office of Minority Health (OMH) will host its fifth annual Health Disparities Conference: Taking the Road to Eliminate Health Disparities - "One County, Many Nations" at Touro Law Center in Central Isli,. The conference focuses on the increasing racial and ethnic diversity of residents of Suffolk County and strategies that health care organizations can use to improve services to a diverse population.
